The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of producing a Television Commercial (TVC) that highlights the good work of the Special Investigating Unit (SIU), specifically focusing on the NSFAS investigations. The TVC aims to showcase the SIU’s role in reforming governance systems, emphasizing transparency, integrity, and the significant financial recoveries made through their investigations.
The scope encompasses end-to-end production of a 1-minute TVC, including all phases from pre-production, shooting, post-production, to delivery. The commercial must be produced in both landscape (16:9) and vertical (9:16) formats, with variations such as shortened versions (15-30 seconds), silent cuts, and cutdowns. The content should focus on themes like truth, relentless investigation, and the positive impact of SIU’s work, particularly around the NSFAS investigation.
