The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified legal representative to represent MMSEZ SOC at the CCMA in relation to a dispute concerning constructive dismissal. The appointed legal expert will handle the dispute on behalf of MMSEZ SOC, ensuring proper legal representation and resolution of the matter.
