Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of five capable and experienced service providers to supply and deliver office stationery to Ehlanzeni District Municipality over a period of three years.

Scope

The scope involves the supply and delivery of office stationery items as specified by the municipality. The selected service providers will form a panel to provide these services for a duration of three years, ensuring consistent supply and delivery as per the municipality’s requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid report not older than three months.
• Submission of fully completed and signed tender documents in PDF format.
• Provision of a bank account confirmation letter with bank stamp, not older than three months, and an affidavit confirming bank account details if not verified on CSD.
• Certified copies of identity documents of company directors.
• Certified copy of the company registration certificate issued by CIPC.
• Valid SARS PIN.
• Verifiable municipal accounts or valid lease agreements or residence confirmations for both the tenderer and entity owners/directors, issued within the last three months.
• Compliance with anti-fraud measures, including avoiding forgery and fraudulent activities, with potential reporting to SAPS for misconduct.
• If applicable, submission of joint venture or consortium agreements.

All documents must be current (not older than three months) and submitted as part of the tender response.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in supplying office stationery or similar goods.
• Registered on the Central Supplier Database.
• Ability to meet the technical and administrative documentation requirements outlined above.
• Understanding of procurement processes and compliance with municipal policies.
• Capacity to deliver consistently over a three-year period.
