The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of experienced service providers responsible for the design, editing, printing, and publishing of key municipal documents. These include the Annual Report, the Integrated Development Plan (IDP), and the Budget and Medium-term Revenue and Expenditure Framework Book for the Msunduzi Municipality, for a period of three (3) years.
