The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and experienced professional audio-visual service provider to facilitate the live streaming and broadcasting of the City of Mbombela's State of the City Address. The service aims to ensure real-time community participation by delivering the event seamlessly across multiple venues with high-quality audio-visual coverage, including live streaming, recording, and photography.
