  • Experience with clients where similar services have been provided for at least three years, including details of the client, scope of service, contract duration, and contact information.
  • Compliance with all mandatory submission requirements, including registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), submission of fully completed and signed returnable forms (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1), and adherence to specifications.
  • Provision of references and evidence supporting experience and capability to deliver the scope of work.
