  • Monitoring of all major electronic news providers, print media, and regional titles.
  • Coverage reports generated at least three times daily (07:45, 12:00, 16:00).
  • Monitoring of television and radio broadcasts, including phone-in programs and online platforms.
  • Social media monitoring across multiple platforms with timely reporting.
  • Provision of articles, clips, and links via a secure electronic portal with 24/7 support.
  • Use of AI and automation tools with clear descriptions of functionalities, including summarisation, sentiment analysis, trend detection, and anomaly identification.
