The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver comprehensive media monitoring and analysis services for SARS over a period of thirty-six (36) months. The services aim to enable SARS to manage public perceptions, protect its reputation, target messaging more effectively, and stay informed about developments in the tax, Customs, and economic sectors through detailed media reports and qualitative analysis.
