Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply, remove, fit, and install a concrete V-drain drainage system measuring 105 metres in length. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for the removal and reinstallation of six washing lines. The work aims to improve drainage behind Block D area by installing 75 mm thick and 1.5 m wide concrete V-drains.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Design, fabrication, and installation of a 105-meter long concrete V-drain system (75 mm thick, 1.5 m wide, with dimensions 750 x 750 x 1.5).
• Removal and reinstallation of six washing lines.
• Provision of all labor, materials, and references for general maintenance projects.
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

The work specifically involves installing concrete V-drains behind Block D to enhance drainage capacity.

Technical Requirements

• The concrete V-drain system must be 105 meters in length, with a thickness of 75 mm and width of 1.5 meters.
• The V-drain dimensions should be 750 x 750 x 1.5 mm (V-shape).
• The system must be designed, fabricated, and fitted to meet the specified dimensions and quality standards.
• All materials used must be of high quality and compliant with the specifications provided.
• The contractor must provide documentation including a detailed design, fabrication details, and proof of compliance.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in installing concrete drainage systems, supported by at least three (3) reference letters from previous projects.
• Technical expertise in designing and fabricating concrete V-drains.
• Capability to supply all necessary labor and materials to complete the project efficiently.
• Ability to remove and reinstall washing lines as specified.
• Financial stability and access to resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Compliance with health, safety, and quality standards relevant to construction and drainage installation.
