  • Project Management: An experienced Project/Account Manager with a minimum NQF level 6 qualification, CV, and relevant project experience.
  • Technical Team: At least two IT professionals with CVs, holding minimum NQF level 6 IT qualifications and Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified 365).
  • Support & Maintenance: Ability to provide 24/7 support, SLA adherence, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Skills Transfer & Training: Capacity to train NRCS staff on new systems, content management, and chatbot operation.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Ability to deliver comprehensive system documentation and facilitate handover at project end.
