Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider responsible for the disposal of redundant miscellaneous electronics assets and equipment owned by TVOB. This is a one-time project aimed at environmentally responsible and compliant disposal of various electronic items, including cameras, lenses, batteries, audio-visual equipment, and associated accessories.

Scope

The scope encompasses the collection, handling, and environmentally sound disposal or recycling of a wide range of electronic assets listed in the tender documents. The items include, but are not limited to:

• Cameras, lenses, viewfinders, and related accessories
• Batteries and power supplies
• Audio and video equipment such as monitors, switchers, and processing units
• Networking and streaming devices
• Miscellaneous electronic components and hardware

The disposal process must adhere to applicable environmental regulations and standards, ensuring safe handling and recycling of hazardous materials where applicable.

Technical Requirements

• The service provider must demonstrate compliance with environmental and waste disposal regulations.
• Proper documentation and certification of disposal or recycling must be provided upon completion.
• The provider should have the capacity and expertise to handle a diverse range of electronic assets, including hazardous waste management for batteries and other potentially harmful components.
• Collection and transportation of assets must be conducted securely and efficiently, minimizing risk and disruption.
• The disposal process should prioritize environmentally friendly recycling and reuse where possible.
• All items listed in the tender, including specific equipment and serial numbers, must be accounted for and disposed of accordingly.
