Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the service provider include:

  • Demonstrating experience in moderation of EISA examination instruments or assessment tools for registered qualifications.
  • Providing at least one reference letter from previous clients confirming successful moderation assignments.
  • Having a subject matter expert with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Close Protector/VIP/Security Official and three (3) years in assessment or moderation.
  • Attaching a detailed CV demonstrating relevant experience.
  • Possessing valid SETA assessor and moderator statement of results or related ETD qualifications, verified by SAQA if international.
  • Signing confidentiality and data protection agreements, complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
