Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver comprehensive travel management services to Agrément South Africa over a period of three years. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant travel arrangements aligned with the organisation's needs.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of travel management services, including booking, itinerary management, travel policy compliance, reporting, and related support functions. The service provider must deliver these services to support Agrément South Africa’s operational requirements throughout the contract duration.

Technical Requirements

• Adherence to the service level agreement (SLA) as outlined in the tender pack, including specific service standards and performance indicators.
• Provision of detailed declarations regarding the bidder’s ability to perform the services properly and their business interests.
• Compliance with conflict of interest, corruption, and fraud prevention measures.
• Declaration of non-access to proprietary information of Agrément South Africa and adherence to confidentiality obligations.
• Compliance with tax regulations and verification of tax compliance status.
• Responsibility for ensuring subcontractors and personnel comply with all contractual and legal obligations.
• Implementation of penalty clauses related to commissions and service delivery.
• Provision of a detailed service level agreement including performance standards and reporting mechanisms.
