Special Conditions:Bids must be deposited into the bid box at the time and closing date of the bid. Late will not be accepted. If a courier service company is being used for delivery of the bid document, the courier company must ensure that documents are placed / deposited into the bid box . Due to Covid19 pandemic the bid box will be located outside the NNR entrance.
