  • Provision of wellness exhibitions and assessments at appropriate centers, including full blood pathology, tailored coaching, and reports.
  • Delivery or facilitation of various support programmes including Parenting Support, Flexible & Hybrid Work psychosocial risk mitigation, Time Management workshops, Pre-Retirement, and Family Support interventions.
  • 24/7/365 toll-free counselling services in all South African languages, with rapid appointment scheduling, face-to-face or virtual counselling, trauma debriefing, crisis and grief support, stress resilience training, and conflict management interventions.
  • Provision of professional advice, support to managers, and organizational health and performance management.
  • Reporting and administrative management, including participation dashboards and regular feedback sessions.
  • Marketing, communication, and organizational development activities, including wellness articles and capacity building training topics.

Technical Requirements

The service provider must meet the following technical requirements:
