Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to review, assess, and evaluate the NFVF’s stakeholders. This involves analyzing stakeholder relationships, interests, influence, risks, and engagement strategies to enhance the NFVF’s stakeholder management and engagement approach.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Conducting a comprehensive review of the NFVF as an organization.
• Assessing the NFVF’s relationships with each stakeholder category.
• Analyzing the impact of NFVF on stakeholders.
• Evaluating stakeholder interests, influence, risks, and engagement levels.
• Developing an engagement strategy tailored to each stakeholder category.
• The review will cover stakeholders across public and private sectors involved in the film and audio-visual industry, including departments such as Office of the CEO, Industry Development, Operations, Human Resources, and Finance.

The review period is expected to last at least one month, with detailed planning to be finalized upon contract award.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of a detailed methodology and approach for conducting the stakeholder review.
• Submission of a work plan with tasks, timelines, and milestones.
• Demonstration of relevant experience in stakeholder management and engagement, with a minimum of five years’ experience.
• Proposal of a project leader with at least five years’ experience and relevant qualifications.
• Provision of detailed CVs of the project team.
• Provision of at least three reference letters from previous similar projects.
• Compliance with all mandatory documentation and submission of a comprehensive financial proposal.

Skills Requirements

The skills and expertise required from the service provider include:

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
• Proven ability to develop stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Expertise in stakeholder analysis, relationship assessment, and impact evaluation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations during evaluation stages.
• Relevant academic qualifications in project management, social sciences, or related fields.
