The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply, deliver, and install the MPAII-NIR Spectroscopy system. The system is intended to conduct nutritional tests (such as moisture, protein, fat, and preservatives) and perform analyses on food and feed samples, including soft drink analyses according to SANS 449 standards. The supplier must ensure the system meets the specified technical and operational requirements, including training and commissioning.

The supplier is responsible for system installation, commissioning, and training personnel. No additional services will be provided by SABS unless explicitly agreed upon.
The system must be rugged, shock insensitive, and designed for quality assurance and method development. The supplier must provide detailed specifications, relevant drawings, photos, and a product brochure with the submission.
