Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to undertake a research project aimed at developing pre-tensioning guidelines for anti-spin (ASP) cable bolts under various rock mass conditions. The research seeks to generate outcomes that enhance safety and operational efficiency in mining activities.

Scope

The scope encompasses the comprehensive execution of a research project that includes:

• Literature review and background analysis
• Formulation of research questions and hypotheses
• Design and implementation of research methodology
• Development of pre-tensioning guidelines for ASP cable bolts
• Delivering research outputs, including reports and dissemination of findings
• Transfer of research outcomes for practical implementation in mining operations

The project also involves collaboration with mine sites, management of sub-contractors if applicable, and adherence to safety and ethical standards.

Technical Requirements
