The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable service provider to perform maintenance and support services for Cohecity/Veritas Netbackup Software and Quantum Library systems. The engagement aims to ensure continuous, reliable operation of the backup infrastructure, including hardware and software components, over a period of twelve (12) months. The service provider will be responsible for providing immediate support in case of system failures, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring optimal performance of the backup environment.
