The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable service provider to supply, implement, and support a Human Resources (HR) system specifically for the Recruitment and Performance Management modules. The system is intended to enhance ICASA's HR processes over a period of two (2) years, ensuring efficient recruitment and performance management functionalities.
