Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to develop, produce, and deliver two high-quality Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) induction videos for Air Traffic and Navigation Services SOC Limited (ATNS). The videos aim to communicate key organizational, operational, and safety information to employees, contractors, and stakeholders across both administrative and operational environments, supporting ATNS’s commitment to safety, compliance, and effective internal communication.

Scope

The scope of work includes end-to-end production of two induction videos:

• One video for the Head Office or administrative environment.
• One video for station or operational site environments.

Each video must:

• Be professionally scripted (where applicable), filmed, narrated, edited, branded, and delivered in high-definition format (minimum Full HD, preference for 4K).
• Not exceed fifteen (15) minutes in duration.
• Include footage capturing relevant ATNS infrastructure, facilities, and operational environments.
• Communicate safety and operational messages clearly, with onscreen text, callouts, and visual cues.
• Have professional voice-over with clear, neutral tone, and royalty-free background audio.
• Be aligned with ATNS branding guidelines and visual identity.
• Be optimized for internal and web-based platforms, delivered in standard formats such as MP4.

Technical Requirements

• High-quality filming equipment including grade cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Clear, stable footage with professional composition.
• Effective use of onscreen text, callouts, and visual cues for clarity.
• Professional narration with neutral tone and clear diction.
• Post-production editing with transitions, visual effects, colour correction, and grading.
• Consistent application of ATNS branding elements.
• Delivery in Full HD (minimum) and 4K resolution formats, in widely compatible formats such as MP4.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in producing corporate induction and safety-related audiovisual content.
• Ability to script, film, narrate, and edit professional-quality videos.
• Demonstrated competence in using industry-standard video production equipment and editing software.
• Portfolio of previous work similar in scope and quality.
• Capacity to incorporate branding, safety messages, and technical content effectively.
• Experience in engaging communication tailored for internal corporate audiences.
