The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a turnkey contractor responsible for the rollout and operation of the Aarto Core Services over a period of 60 months. The successful bidder will implement and manage the specified services to ensure effective enforcement and management of road traffic infringements as mandated by the Road Traffic Infringement Agency (RTIA).
The scope encompasses the complete deployment, integration, and ongoing operation of the Aarto Core Services for a duration of five years. This includes the planning, execution, and management of all activities necessary to deliver the core services as specified in the tender documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
