The primary objective of this tender is to appoint an experienced and qualified Event Management Service Provider to coordinate and execute the City of Mbombela's State of the City Address event at Matsulu Community Hall. The service provider is expected to deliver high-quality event coordination, catering, audio-visual, loud hailing, and transportation services to ensure a seamless and successful event.
