The primary objective of this tender is to appoint an experienced and qualified Event Management Service Provider to coordinate and execute catering, transport, public address system, and loud hailing services for the City of Mbombela's State of the City Address at Mjindi Community Hall. The goal is to ensure high-quality, seamless, and effective event delivery that meets the City’s standards and requirements.

The event is scheduled for 26 June 2026 at Mjindi Community Hall, and the service provider must coordinate all activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
