The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of pre-qualified service providers to render mast painting services to Sentech SOC Ltd for a period of three (3) years. Mast painting is a critical component of Sentech’s preventative maintenance strategy, aimed at prolonging asset lifespan, safeguarding the company's image, and ensuring uninterrupted broadcasting and signal distribution services. The scope emphasizes maintaining mast structures in good condition through proper painting practices, adhering to safety and quality standards.

The scope also covers surface preparation (using pneumatic needle scalers, wire cup brushers, avoiding grinding disks), safe application of paint, inspection and approval at various stages, careful handling of antennae and cables, site access management, and adherence to safety and quality protocols. The work must be performed in accordance with Sentech’s mast maintenance policies and SOPs, ensuring workmanship meets Sentech standards.
