    • Project Manager/Contract Manager: ND Civil Engineering or BSc Civil Engineering with at least 3-5 years relevant experience.
    • Site Agent: ND Civil Engineering or equivalent with 1-5 years relevant experience.
    • Health and Safety Officer: SACPCMP registration as CHS Officer or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ experience.
    • Foremen and Supervisors: Relevant experience in civil construction, with minimum years specified for different levels.
  • Provision of detailed methodology, including project milestones, safety procedures, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations, including submission of safety plans and certificates.
  • Submission of proof of municipal rates, tax compliance, and registration on the Central Supplier Database.
  • Adherence to local content and BBBEE requirements, with supporting documentation.
