The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of service providers to perform water meter readings (including conventional AMR and prepaid meters) within Mangaung. Additionally, the service providers will be responsible for cleaning water meters as and when required. The aim is to ensure accurate meter readings, proper maintenance, and efficient management of water metering services across the municipality.
