The primary objective of this tender is to appoint qualified service provider(s) to supply and deliver cleaning materials, cleaning equipment, and toiletries to the Free State Department of Social Development across multiple districts and the head office. The contract duration is three (03) years, aiming to ensure consistent provision of cleaning supplies to support departmental operations and maintain hygiene standards.
The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of a comprehensive range of cleaning materials, cleaning equipment, and toiletries to specified departmental institutions and districts within the Free State. The procurement covers various items such as cleaning chemicals, tools, toiletries, and related equipment, to be supplied at multiple designated locations including five districts and the head office, over a period of three years.
