The primary objective of this tender is to appoint suitably qualified service providers to chair grievance hearings for the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS). The service providers will be responsible for chairing four grievance hearings and issuing outcomes, ensuring the process aligns with principles of fairness and equity as per the SABS Grievance Policy.
