Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified Financial Advisor/broker to provide services related to the Pension Fund and Group Risk Life. The selected service provider will be responsible for offering expert financial advice, managing pension fund arrangements, and handling group risk life insurance solutions in accordance with the specified terms.

Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses:

• Provision of financial advisory services for the Pension Fund and Group Risk Life insurance.
• Management and administration of related financial transactions over a period of up to 10 years.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Preparation and submission of detailed pricing proposals covering all items outlined in the Terms of Reference.
• Provision of proof of valid FSCA licences for all team members involved in the service delivery.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Submission of a comprehensive bid that covers all items detailed in the Terms of Reference.
• Pricing must be firm and remain valid for each year of the contract duration.
• All pricing should include VAT where applicable, with separate indication of VAT for each year over the 10-year period.
• Bidder must verify the total bid price for accuracy and completeness across all years.
• Proof of a valid FSCA licence/registration for each team member involved in the project.
• Completion of all relevant sections in the provided spreadsheet, with automatic calculations for totals and VAT included.
• Adherence to the specified closing date of 18 September 2025 for submission.
