Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified Financial Advisor/Broker to provide brokerage services for the BankSETA's Pension Fund and Group Risk Life insurance. The selected service provider will facilitate the brokerage functions necessary for managing the pension fund and group risk life policies, ensuring effective and compliant handling of these financial services over the specified contract period.

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of brokerage services for both the Pension Fund and Group Risk Life insurance policies.
• Handling all related administrative and transactional activities associated with these services.
• Covering a contractual period of ten years, with annual pricing and service commitments.
• Ensuring compliance with the Terms of Reference and applicable regulations.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that:

• The bidder must provide comprehensive brokerage services for both pension fund and group risk life policies.
• The pricing must cover all items detailed in the Terms of Reference, including administrative fees and any additional costs.
• Pricing should be firm and remain unchanged for each year of the contract.
• All costs must include VAT where applicable, with VAT shown separately for each year.
• The bidder must verify the total bid price for accuracy and completeness across all ten years.
