The primary objectives of this project are to replace the roofing systems at two buildings on the Athlone Campus of the College of Cape Town TVET College. This includes the removal and safe disposal of existing asbestos cement roof sheeting, and the installation of new wall cladding, roofing, and roof drainage systems to improve safety, durability, and aesthetics.
