The primary objective of this tender is to procure a reliable, cost-effective Internet and VPN/MPLS solution that meets City Power’s current and future business requirements. The solution should ensure continuous, secure connectivity between City Power’s Head Office and its Service Delivery Centres (SDCs), providing support and maintenance over a 36-month period. It aims to enhance service levels, network performance, redundancy, and security in accordance with City Power’s policies.
The scope encompasses the design, supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning of the Internet and VPN/MPLS infrastructure. It includes support and maintenance for three years. Specific tasks involve:
