The primary objective of this tender was to establish an enabling agreement for the supply and installation of BFN Load Limiting Devices for the Free State Operating Unit. The goal was to secure a contractual arrangement to facilitate the procurement and deployment of load limiting devices to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
