The primary objective of this tender is to procure Company Details Verification Services for merSETA. The service aims to verify and validate the company information provided by bidders, including bank account holder verification, and generate detailed reports on verification outcomes to support merSETA’s compliance and due diligence processes.

The services are to be delivered over a period of 24 months, with requirements for platform usability, report generation, and adherence to specified technical and functional standards.
