Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure Creative Cloud for Teams, including all applications across multiple platforms and languages, with a focus on licensing and renewal for annual users. The aim is to ensure the organization has access to Adobe Creative Cloud services to support its operational and creative needs.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and renewal of Creative Cloud for Teams subscriptions, covering all applications, platforms, and languages required by the organization. The procurement includes licensing for a specified number of users, with renewal options for 9-12 months, and is targeted at supporting business support functions within Johannesburg Water.

Technical Requirements

• All applications must be compatible across multiple platforms and support multiple languages.
• Licensing should be in the form of team licenses with annual renewal options.
• The subscription level should be VIP Government Pricing Level 1.
• Renewals should be for a period of 9-12 months.
• Suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• All quotations must be submitted in PDF format, excluding MS Word, MS Excel, or pictures.
• Pricing must be exclusive of VAT, with total quotation value including VAT where applicable.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Respondents must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Suppliers should demonstrate compliance with BBBEE requirements, providing valid certificates or sworn affidavits.
• Applicants must submit valid lease agreements or municipal accounts not older than 3 months.
• Complete and submit all required MBD forms, including declarations of interest, past supply chain practices, and independent bid determination.
• Suppliers should have experience in providing licensed software solutions, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud or similar enterprise licensing.
• Respondents must be able to provide proof of compliance with technical and legal requirements, including tax clearance, BBBEE status, and company registration documents.
