The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a multi-disciplinary professional team, with the architect as the principal agent, to oversee the design, construction, and project close-out of upgrades and additions to the Empangeni DLTC facility. The project aims to deliver a fully resourced, upgraded, and functional facility aligned with the Department of Transport's requirements.
