The primary objective of this tender is to select a reputable and experienced service provider to design, print, supply, and deliver a multi-lingual newsletter over a 24-month contract period for the uMzimkhulu Municipality.

The project involves managing the entire process from design to delivery, ensuring the newsletters meet the municipality’s requirements and are delivered timely throughout the contract duration.
