  • Professional Registration: Must be registered with HPCSA or SABPP, with proof of registration.
  • Organisational Experience: Demonstrated experience in facilitating sensitive organizational interventions, supported by at least three client reference letters from recent assignments within the last five years.
  • Methodology: Ability to develop and implement a structured, evidence-based facilitation approach addressing interpersonal conflict, team disengagement, and behavioral alignment.
