The primary objective of this tender is to facilitate the strategic planning session for Gateway Airport Authority Limited (GAAL) in preparation for the 2025/26 financial year. The facilitation aims to develop and deliver a Draft Strategic Plan, Draft Annual Performance Plan, and a Project Close-out report aligned with the Framework for Strategic Planning and Annual Performance Plans as prescribed by the Department of Planning Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME).
