Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to source a qualified facilitator or experienced coach to conduct a women-focused group mentorship session on grooming. The session aims to empower women professionals by enhancing their knowledge, skills, and confidence to present themselves professionally, authentically, and confidently within corporate and leadership environments. The session will address themes related to personal, professional, and leadership presence, emphasizing diversity and inclusivity.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Designing and delivering a physical group mentorship session on grooming for women.
• Facilitating engaging discussions to promote confidence, professionalism, and authentic self-presentation.
• Providing practical, culturally sensitive guidance on:
  • Professional image and presence in the workplace
  • Personal grooming aligned with corporate standards
  • Executive presence and confidence
  • Appearance, communication, and personal branding
• Delivering a structured session plan or outline aligned with the grooming theme.
• Providing supporting materials such as slides and/or handouts.
• Ensuring active engagement of approximately 220 participants during the session.
• Conducting the session on 6 March 2026 at SACAA, with a duration of three hours.

Technical Requirements

The facilitator must:

• Possess proven experience (minimum 3 years) in facilitating women-focused mentorship, coaching, or empowerment sessions.
• Demonstrate expertise in professional grooming, executive presence, personal branding, or leadership presence.
• Have experience facilitating large groups (100+ participants), preferably in virtual environments.
• Submit a detailed proposal outlining methodology and session approach.
• Provide a CV highlighting relevant facilitation experience.
• Deliver a structured session plan with supporting materials.
• Be capable of facilitating an engaging virtual session if required.
• Be available for a pre-session briefing meeting.

Skills Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in women-focused mentorship, coaching, or empowerment facilitation.
• Expertise in professional grooming, executive presence, and personal branding.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging, culturally sensitive training sessions.
• Experience managing large groups, with a preference for virtual facilitation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to foster active participant engagement.
• Ability to prepare and submit comprehensive proposals and supporting documentation.
