The primary objective of this tender is to procure fencing for the Library Jungle Gym in Ward 1, Mbizana Main Library, to enhance safety, security, and proper use of the outdoor play area. The project aims to prevent vandalism, ensure children's safety, facilitate supervision, noise control, and define a secure space for children engaging in outdoor play activities. Additionally, the project supports the broader goal of promoting reading and learning culture through improved library facilities.
The scope of work involves fencing the newly constructed Library Jungle Gym site in Ward 1, Mbizana Main Library. The work includes removing existing fencing, site clearance, excavation, foundation work, wall construction, installation of razor wire, plastering, backfilling, site cleaning, and painting. The project covers all activities necessary to deliver a secure, durable fencing structure around the jungle gym area within the specified site.
