The primary objective of this tender is to procure high-quality filter papers that meet specified technical standards for use by Johannesburg Water. The procurement aims to ensure the supply of reliable, durable, and approved filter papers to support water treatment processes, with a focus on supporting SMMEs (EMEs or QSEs) that are at least 51% black-owned by Black People.
