The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for hosting and managing the Anti-fraud Whistle Blowing Hotline for PSETA over a period of thirty-six (36) months. The service provider will facilitate confidential reporting of fraud and corruption incidents, provide training sessions, and develop communication tools to promote awareness and reporting mechanisms.
