The primary objective of this tender is to engage a Transactional Advisor to conduct a feasibility study for a vertically integrated photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing facility. The study aims to assess the viability and strategic considerations for establishing the facility over a period of twenty (20) months at the Research Testing and Development site.
