The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver dental consumables for the Phelophepha Health Care Trains I and II on an "as when and required" basis over a period of three (3) years. The aim is to ensure the availability of a comprehensive range of dental products necessary for the effective operation of dental services provided on the trains.
The scope encompasses the procurement, supply, and delivery of various dental consumables and equipment, including gloves, saliva ejectors, sterilization pouches, dental materials, anesthetics, dental instruments, and personal protective equipment. The items are detailed in the pricing schedule and are intended for use in dental procedures conducted on the health care trains over the specified period.
The technical requirements specify that all supplied items must meet the quality standards and specifications comparable to the referenced products in the schedule. Items such as gloves, sterilization pouches, dental materials, and instruments must be sterile, latex-free where applicable, and compatible with standard dental equipment.
