The primary objective of this tender is to procure and install the HPV System (ARC-ITS) at Nelspruit for the Agricultural Research Council. The project aims to ensure the delivery of quality goods and services that meet the specified technical and administrative requirements, with a focus on promoting specific goals such as ownership by HDIs, women, youth, and persons with disabilities, as well as compliance with BEE and RDP goals.
