The tender aims to procure comprehensive ICT operations, maintenance, and support services for uMngeni-uThukela Water's infrastructure over a five-year period. The objectives include ensuring continuous system availability, security, and performance of various ICT components such as data centres, network infrastructure, security systems, video conferencing, telephony, and backup solutions. The support encompasses proactive monitoring, incident management, security hardening, and skills transfer to internal staff to maintain an audit-ready, resilient ICT environment aligned with industry best practices.
