The primary objective of this tender is to select a suitable service provider to implement an AI-powered multi-channel transactional chatbot for the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). The solution aims to enhance service delivery, automate interactions, and improve user engagement across various communication channels.
The scope encompasses the design, development, deployment, and integration of an AI-driven chatbot capable of handling multiple communication channels (such as web, mobile, social media, etc.). The project includes the provision of all necessary hardware, software, and support services to ensure a fully functional and operational chatbot system aligned with CIPC’s requirements.
