The primary objective of this tender is to procure Job Profiling, Job Evaluation, Remuneration Benchmarking, and Salary Survey services for a period of two (02) years. The services aim to provide objective, professional, and legally compliant insights to support informed decision-making in remuneration and related HR processes. The goal is to ensure the right talent attraction and retention, maintain consistency and fairness in employee remuneration, and promote transparent and responsible pay practices aligned with the CCMA’s operational needs.
