The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to undertake the subdivision of Portion A of Erf 1325 Sundumbili A, located in Mandeni, KwaZulu-Natal. Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

  • Appointing a registered Professional Land Surveyor (Pr. Eng) with a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in land surveying projects.
  • Providing evidence of recent (not older than 3 months) professional registration and experience on land surveying work over 2000m² within the last five years.
  • Submitting at least three SG Diagrams for projects over 2000m² completed in the last five years.
  • Adhering to the Geomatics Professional Act 19 of 2013, Chapter 3, Item 17, and being a shareholder of the appointed firm.
  • Using WGS format for all survey data, with no local coordinate systems.
  • Providing detailed motivation, land use analysis, and alignment with municipal bylaws and planning frameworks.
  • Attending at least two site meetings per month during the project execution.

Skills and Competency Requirements

  • Registration with the relevant Professional Body/Council as a Professional Land Surveyor (Pr. Land Surveyor).
